Freshly harvested from birch trees in the middle of 200,000 acres of pristine forest in northern Maine. Available in chunks as shown. Chaga Tea should never be boiled. Bring water to a boil, add about an ounce of chunks to 2 Qts. water & steep long & slow over low heat or in crockpot several hours or overnight. This should give repeated batches until water is no longer amber & provides astounding taste & health benefits. So good with Maple syrup or mulling spices.
